All Certass contractors must have a formal complaints procedure in place in order to register their work with us.
If there’s a problem with the work that has been done, ask them directly for a copy of their complaints procedure and keep full records of any communications or conversations you have with your contractor.
If you are still dissatisfied and your contractor has not been able to resolve your complaint after fully exhausting their complaints procedure, you can report the breach below. Please note we will not engage directly with consumers until the contractors’ complaints procedure is fully exhausted and they have had an opportunity to put the works right. Certass will not engage in any financial related dispute.
