- It is the policy of Certass Ltd to provide the highest possible standard in all that we do.
- We strive to give the client the best and most efficient service possible at all times.
- To do this, we operate in accordance with the requirements of EN 45011.
- We strive to continuously make improvements to the certification services offered. To this end we encourage feedback at all levels within the company and from outside and by monitoring the processes and procedures by regular internal audit and external ISO9001 audit. There is also a review process for any complaints received to ensure client expectations are always met.
- We endeavour to achieve a zero level of complaints but should a client feel the need to complain about our service or appeal against a certification decision, all concerns raised will be thoroughly investigated without prejudice in accordance with published procedures.
