The application cannot progress to audit stage until all the required information is provided.

  • Completed Application Form
  • Registration fee
  • Completed Direct Debit Mandate
  • Copies of your Employers Liability (minimum £10 million) and Public Liability (minimum £2m) insurance policies in your company name
  • Copy of your Company Complaints Procedure
  • Copy of your consumer contract
  • Two testimonials from previous jobs (for installation certification only)
