We believe it is the best value scheme on the market, offering multiple certification scopes for a low cost monthly fee, and including many benefits such as legal helplines and marketing support, all underpinned by our friendly, helpful staff.
Simply choose the level of Certification required on the application form and we will assess your company against the scheme requirements. Following a successful desktop and on-site audit we will issue the appropriate certification.
Audits are carried out according to the following schedule:
& annually >
> We carry out a desktop review of your membership. Checking you have appropriate insurance, skilled site operatives, legal status and we have up to date contact information.
& every 3 years >
> We carry out an on-site head office audit. Checking your personnel are suitably qualified, complaints logs and appropriate records are kept, a sample of job files and an on-site audit of installation work.
> We check a percentage sample of work registered with our scheme to ensure the installation meets scheme requirements.

This scheme is a Government endorsed ‘Trusted Trader’ scheme designed to give consumers confidence when selecting a ‘Tradesman’.
SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION >
Provision and maintenance of a suitable level of management systems, processes and workmanship standards to meet the TrustMark scheme requirements.
The business registered meets the requirements of the TrustMark scheme in relation to complaints handling, issuing of consumer contracts, liability insurance requirements, guarantee issue and workmanship.

SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION >
Provision and maintenance of a suitable level of management systems and processes to meet the Certass scheme requirements.
The business registered meets the requirements of the Certass scheme in relation to having; complaints handling policy, consumer contract, Pubic and Employer liability insurance requirements and guarantee wording. No on-site inspection has taken place and the company is not registered to self-certify under the building regulations.
